Your post is so true. I struggle with this same issue myself all the time. Even though I start out working on just one project, before I know it I’ve added several more and I start feeling overwhelmed. Consequently, nothing gets completely done.

It sounds like you are making some good choices to streamline your business and free up your time. I’m working on doing that myself but haven’t gotten it sorted out yet.

Thanks so much for the inspiration. I’ll be reading your post again when I need to be reminded of the value of micro-focus.

Hi Konrad,

This is so true. I wish, I just wish I learnt this nugget very early in my IM career. I would have a world off by now! I was trying everything from MLM to CPA. This continued for about 12 months. I never really made any impact anywhere. Until just this year I just zeroed in one market, then one niche, and even in that one niche, only two of the websites that I have so much attention to is earning everything.

So Micro focus like you say it is all that is needed to succeed. And this is especially true in this industry. Thanks for advice. It’s worth more in gold. But it only becomes gold if people take it and use it.

Hey Konrad,
Your plan sounds good to me, i enjoy reading your posts especially the one brick at a time. Focus is a big killer of potential gains in any aspect of life. Most of us “me especially” are not where we want because we lack 100% focus on what we should be doing.
